How can I pay my credit card bill?

  • Direct payment by cheque or cash can be made at any Seylan Bank Branch.
  • Request for a standing order to collect monthly payments directly from your Current, Savings or NRFC account, on payment due date
  • You could mail your cheques directly to the Seylan Card Centre, drawn in favour of Seylan Bank Ltd. Quoting your VISA card number.

What if I lose my Seylan Visa Card?

Loss of VISA cards should be reported immediately to the Seylan Card Centre on Tel: 5337972 and follow up with a letter. The cardholder will not be liable for any transactions performed subsequent to informing of loss of the card to the bank.

How could I obtain a VISA card?

Anyone who is above 18 years and in a position to prove receipt of a steady income over Rs.10,000/- could apply.
